Outdoor Personal Training

Welcome!

My name is Jonno and I’m an outdoor Personal Trainer based on the Lower North Shore in Sydney. I have a high level of technical and practical expertise from almost 15 years of full time industry experience.


My goal as a trainer is to foster and build on four aspects of my clients physical and mental wellbeing –

  • Physical – Movement, balance, flexibility, endurance, speed and strength
  • Psychological – Motivation, engagement, connection and confidence
  • Social – Collaboration, connection and fun
  • Cognitive – Perception, awareness and reaction

To achieve this I have taken the best parts of gym based training and taken it outside! With no expense spared I carry a full range of dumbbells, competition Kettlebells, powerbands, micro bands, battleropes, Olympic bars and bumper plates. We also use the TRX, parallettes, the Swiss Ball, Blazepods, a Concept 2 RowERG and Punchfit 12-16oz boxing gloves so you will never go wanting!


I’m easy-going and relaxed and never bark orders during sessions. I will always listen to what you need. I will meticulously formulate a realistic plan to help you progress with your training and long-term health goals but also have the versatility and experience to respond and adjust as your needs change.

By implementing a goal specific plan including strength and conditioning training, cardio and mobility work I can get you on track toward your next goal.


I have trained clients for triathlons, marathons and every sport you can imagine. I have also trained clients from their teens to their eighties with a range of ongoing medical conditions and significant physical limitations. I have experience working closely with GP’s, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists and Specialists. If you have niggles, a pre-existing condition or past injuries that have been exacerbated from exercise in the past or have just held you back physically in any way then I am the trainer for you!
